Members Operational Agreement

  1. Buy from and sell to Team PRP members first
  2. Utilize trading partners’ inventories as an extension of your own inventory
  3. Describe parts accurately, and with correct Team PRP damage codes
  4. Provide quick and efficient delivery and distribution
  5. Produce a quality part that meets insurance specifications
  6. Price fairly and competitively
  7. Compete with each other respectfully, ethically, and professionally
  8. Treat other Team PRP members as you would your best customers
  9. Educate staff and hold them accountable to follow the Team PRP standards and conduct guidelines
  10. Participate regularly in Team PRP scheduled online meetings
  11. Be current in all Team PRP training webinars and testing
  12. Follow the Team PRP Standard Warranty Policy
  13. Promote the Team PRP brand on all advertising and correspondence such as emails, cards, mail-outs etc
  14. Do nothing to bring the Team PRP Brand into disrepute
  15. Strictly adhere with the Team PRP Quote Timeframe Guarantee, Return & Warranty Policy’s

Team PRP Standard Warranty Policy

For Trade Customers such as Crash Repairers and Mechanical Repairers: 1-year Parts and Labour on
For Team PRP Customers (Referred to as Partner-to-Partner Trading): 6-month Parts & Labour
For General Public Sales: 3-month Parts & Labour

 

These are minimum Warranty Requirements, all Members are encouraged to offer longer warranty periods ____________________________________________________ I, (business owner, business) acknowledge that; Contravening requirements set out above, bringing the Team PRP brand into disrepute, or breaching any part of the agreement may lead to revocation of membership
